By accessing or using the AccessVistas website, submitting an application for early access, or using any of our services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service & Early Access
AccessVistas provides a platform for helping startups assess global markets. Currently, the Service is in an "Early Access" phase. By joining the waitlist or applying for early access:
- You acknowledge that access is not guaranteed and is subject to our review and approval.
- You understand that the Service may change, be suspended, or be terminated at any time without prior notice.
- You agree that any information you provide is accurate and current.
3. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of AccessVistas and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of AccessVistas.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
